We offer a wide range of private and group classes, all professionally designed and led, that target your unique needs. You will not be lost in a crowd. Our class sizes are limited and offered frequently, enabling our professional trainers and Life Coaches to spend the time necessary to maximize results. We offer private classes in weight-training, nutrition, and cardiovascular endurance. Our group classes include Pilates, power aerobics, yoga (of all styles), step, hip-hop, boxing and kick-boxing, self defense, dance and tai-chi. New classes are added all the time.

Absolute Weight Loss and Fitness Center features a complete state of the art facility. However, we do not rely on equipment to make us the leader in fitness, we believe in total functional training as well. We understand that knowledgeable courteous staff is essential to your, and our, success. Our trainers have extensive experience and are all educated and certified in their respective fields of expertise. We don't just hire anyone that looks fit. We require a deep knowledge of physiology and fitness, as well as a friendly and understanding demeanor. Our trainers are not here to judge you; they are here to support you on your journey.  We are your guides to your personal evolution.

Our weight loss program teaches you portion control and allows you to eat a wide variety of foods.  We guide you in your choices for the foods you will eat then we have a wonderful all natural or organic catering company who will make and pre-portion and package all your foods for you.  You just slip it into the microwave and presto your meal is complete and ready to eat in just a few minutes.  With Absolute Weight Loss and Fitness Center you know what your eating and realize it is not processed and it has "make me healthy written all over it."
