We offer a wide range of private and group classes, all professionally designed and led, that target your unique needs. You will not be lost in a crowd. Our class sizes are limited and offered frequently, enabling our professional trainers and Life Coaches to spend the time necessary to maximize results. We offer private classes in weight-training, nutrition, and cardiovascular endurance. Our group classes include Pilates, power aerobics, yoga (of all styles), step, hip-hop, boxing and kick-boxing, self defense, dance and tai-chi. New classes are added all the time.

The Absolute Evolution  believes in many types of training.  Our trainers have extensive experience and are all educated and certified in their respective fields of expertise. We don't just hire anyone that looks fit. We require a deep knowledge of physiology and fitness, as well as a friendly and understanding demeanor. Our trainers are not here to judge you; they are here to support you on your journey.  We are your guides to your personal evolution.
