Individual Membership
Individual membership includes One on one or group classes (up to 3 or 4 people), free nutritional counseling as long as your a client, from our Licensed Sports Nutritionist.

Corporate Membership (Price depends on number of employee commitment)
A healthy and energized workforce will improve productivity and overall satisfaction. A corporate membership is an inexpensive benefit that you can offer employees. We offer a range of plans from one on one to group classes in your office.

Motivational Lifestyle Seminars                                                                                                                          Our trained life coach will come to your facility and start the evolution process for all who attend the seminar.  We will gear your seminar for specific needs, i.e. handling stressful situations, how specific eating will increase or decrease production, how exercise will strengthen moral and boost energy levels and much more.

This Discount is available to couples who occupy the same residence. Includes all the benefits of an individual membership at a discounted price. (Must be 18 years or older).
